  2. This is a utility to automate the shut down of
  3. Windows systems. It have several types of shut
  4. down (shut down, restart, lock computer,
  5. hibernate...), and can shut down the system at
  6. certain hour (e.g. at 12:00) or when the CPU
  7. becomes idle. Also have options for hang up the
  8. modem, capture an image and/or execute a program
  9. before the shut down, and support command line
  10. parameters. Works with Windows 9x/Me/NT/2000/XP.
